Central location to explore everything that Panama City Beach has to offer- a block away from beach, shops, abundance of amazing local restaurants, entertainment options. Close to local attractions such as Rick Seltzer Park, Coconut creek family fun park, PCB winery etc .

Choice is yours- take a walk at the beach and have a beach bonfire or endless water activities; OR checkout all the local attractions of Panama City Beach and complete your bucket list (ask us for our recommendations and we would love to show you our way); OR go hiking at the State park just 5 min away, OR relax at our community pool; OR unwind and get lazy at our cozy home!

Our Beach Haus is walkable to everything you need- beach, pool, groceries, shopping, restaurants, night life. So loose your car keys and enjoy this walking paradise!

Nonetheless, a car is needed to explore all the attractions Panama City Beach has to offer. We have a free parking for 2 cars in garage and also assigned free off street parking.

Our home is part of an HOA community with rules and regular patrols.

The community pool is not gated or heated — please enjoy at your own risk.

Use the grill responsibly for safety.

Outdoor furniture may vary or be stored away depending on the weather.

If you plan to use the wet bar, please bring your beverages.

We provide a starter supply of essentials (toiletries, paper goods, etc.). For longer stays, you may need to restock.

Security cameras are located outside (doorbell & above garage) and record motion for safety.

Noise monitoring devices are in place to ensure quiet hours are respected. These do not record sound, only volume levels.

Palmetto bugs are common in this region and may occasionally find their way inside. They are harmless, but we recommend keeping doors closed to minimize this.
