We are located in a safe, quiet FAMILY ORIENTED community and surrounded by local parks, shops, restaurants, attractions, entertainment.

The home is well-equipped with every necessity and much more needed for a perfect vacation space to make you instantly feel at home- Coffee, tea, fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals, most comfortable beds with premium quality linens, mattresses and bath essentials.

Entry--
It's a 3 story SPACIOUS house in a community with patio on each floor overlooking a courtyard and swimming pool offering 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.

Parking--
2 car parking garage, 1 car outside of garage on driveway assigned and extra parking on side of the road where permitted.

First floor- Bedroom 1
From garage enter into our bedroom with king bed, bunk bed, 50 inch smart TV and its own bathroom. There is a wetbar with refrigerator. For kids there are games and toys to keep them engaged in a self play.

The community pool is steps away, right outside the patio of this floor.

This bedroom has a self-latching exit door as it opens to the patio which leads to the community swimming pool area which is ungated and without guards. DON'T LEAVE MINORS UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME.

Second floor- kitchen, living room and bedroom 2

Its an open floor plan with a dining table and bar seats 12, living room with a 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with through access to the bathroom. There is also a bedroom with 2 full beds easily sleeps 4 with jack N Jill bath which is accessible from the bedroom and from living room. This floor also has a balcony that has a view of the pool and courtyard. Propane grill is on this patio to enjoy having barbecues.

Third floor- Bedroom 3 and 4

There is a queen bed with its own private bath and 44inch smart TV.
Treat yourself to some self-care in our stunning and SPACIOUS master bedroom retreat with a King bed, sitting nook, 50inch smart TV, working desk and chair, sleek dresser and private bathroom with a double vanity, stand alone shower and jetted tub. It also has balcony access. Rocking chairs on its private patio gives you the much-needed me-time OR couple-time while getting unwind!

** All the beds have "the green tea gel-infused memory foam" mattresses to help you truly feel rested. All the linen are skin-soothing premium quality.
** Each bathroom is equipped with hotel quality towels, and "chemical-free and vegan" best in quality bath products including body soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
** Kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to prepare meals for a family, coffee , tea and more.
** We love kids and have everything they may need- Pack N play, stroller, high chair, kid-friendly utensils, games, and child gate.

It's walkable to the beach just 4min away.

We have 3 (max) assigned parking on site.
Car is needed to explore all of the Panama City Beach attractions.

** We are in an HOA community with rules and patrolled.
** Swimming pool is the community amenity, nongated and nonheated. Use all the amenities at your own risk.
** Use grill responsibly to avoid any accidents.
** Outdoor furnishing may appear different OR not present according to the weather.
** Guests to bring drinks if plan on using wet bar.
** We have plenty as a starter pack of all the essentials but if needed please bring your own for the remainder of your stay.
** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion at the doorbell and above the garage facing the community alley.
**There are noise level monitoring devices to comply with residential quiet hours. These do not record any sound.
