We are located in a safe, quiet, upscale, FAMILY ORIENTED community and surrounded by local parks, shops, restaurants, attractions, entertainment.

It offers living room, kitchen, dinning room and kids play room along with a half bath. It opens up to back yard. Backyard is private with all the outdoor amenities.

Second floor-
It offers all 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with dedicated work space.

Basement-
It offers a gameroom with TV and sofas.

Keyless self check in. Entire house indoor and outdoor is for guests to use during their stay.
Don't temper owner's locked closets.
Ok to use garage.

** Guest to bring firewood, kindling, igniter if plan on using a firepit.
** Use of fireplace is not allowed for safety. We have central AC/heat to keep temperature comfortable all throughout the house.
** In summer, consider bringing your own bug spray if sensitive to mosquitoes. They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.
** Must be able to climb stairs.
** This is an upscale kid friendly location, you would find neighbors/kids/dogs strolling, walking, riding a bike on a side walk so please be mindful and courteous.
** Quiet hours are strictly enforced with patrolling in place. Any complaints may lead to instant eviction with no refund.
** Pool is private but nonheated. Open during warm months only~May-Sept.
** No lifeguard at duty, use swimming pool, spa at your own risk.
** Max cars 5 at any time and must not be on street. Only garage or driveway allowed
** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front and back yard, pool/spa area, at the doorbell, and also in the garage for the security of owner's belongings.
**There are noise level monitoring devices to comply with residential quiet hours. These do not record any sound.
