Its 7min to Green wood park mall and just 17 min to Indianapolis downtown. Freeways, some of the best restaurants, attractions, pubs and brewery near by. Retails stores for every essential or nonessential needs are around the corner.
A car is needed. Uber and lyft is easily available.
** Guest to bring firewood, kindling, igniter if plan on using a firepit.
** Use of fireplace is not allowed for safety. We have central AC/heat to keep temperature comfortable all throughout the house.
** In summer, consider bringing your own bug spray if sensitive to mosquitoes. They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.
** Must be able to climb stairs.
** This is an upscale kid friendly location, you would find neighbors/kids/dogs strolling, walking, riding a bike on a side walk so please be mindful and courteous.
** Quiet hours are strictly enforced with patrolling in place. Any complaints may lead to instant eviction with no refund.
** Pool is private but nonheated. Open during warm months only~May-Sept.
** No lifeguard at duty, use swimming pool, spa at your own risk.
** Max cars 5 at any time and must not be on street. Only garage or driveway allowed
** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front and back yard, pool/spa area, at the doorbell, and also in the garage for the security of owner's belongings.
**There are noise level monitoring devices to comply with residential quiet hours. These do not record any sound.

The perks for our stay was that it was a great place for kids and easy to get to our day trip in Bloomington. This home has plenty of space for everyone. The downsides are that some of the common areas like the kitchens and bathrooms could use some elbow grease and a good cleaning. The pool is nice, but cold. We understood it’s not heated, but it’s also in the shade most of the day. Also, the smaller king room above the garage was warmer than the rest of the upstairs. Overall a laid back and relaxing stay if that’s what you’re looking for!

Raj was very responsive. He made sure to tell us all the rules before we got there. Asked how things were. Told us things we had to do when we left (let us know he didn't expect perfection, but we should strive for it when putting the house back). Made sure to let us know if we didn't give him a 5 star review we could ruin his business.
This house isn't necessarily bad at all. It's a decent house. It's just promoted as a very elegant home (it's called elegant living) and it needs some TLC. The dishes were gritty to the point we had to wash them before we used them. Hair and crumbs galore in the pantry where the doors don't stay on the tracks. Lots of spiders in arcade basement. See through curtains with lights on outside you can't turn off. Old used grounds in coffee maker. We were too nervous to use the hottub. Photos were taken at great angles when the house was in its prime. That was likely several years ago. It wasn't bad. Just not what we expected based on photos and description.

I agree with the other 3 star reviews.
The house was okay, the pictures are at the best angles and most pristine the house would ever be, however upon entrance the actual house “looks” similar but definitely not as maintained as the pictures made it seem like.
This house is recommended for 2 families and not more. Would be pretty tight if you tried to do 3.
Pros -
[1] Extremely responsive host, and proactive. We had some issues and Raj responded right away.
[2] Raj cares and wants guests to enjoy experience
[3] Big outdoor area
[4] Quiet neighborhood with retail/restaurants nearby
[5] Mattress is firm and comfortable
Areas of Improvement
House definitely needs some TLC - the pictures felt deceiving, house is okay, but definitely not luxurious. Maybe if it was marketed that way, there wouldn’t be the disappointment upon arrival. Example - plumbing is extremely slow, old water damage in ceiling, chipping paint, dead leaves and debris in hot tub, broken chairs, etc.

We really enjoyed our time here. It was in close proximity to the children's museum, which is why we came here. Raj was extremely helpful and kind and answered right away when we needed assistance.

We picked this place for 3 generations of our family to gather - little ones, their adult parents and the grandparents. Indianapolis is centrally located and we had never visited the area. The worlds largest Children's Museum downtown consumed an entire day and should not be missed.
The house was easy to find and in an area with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. There are nearby parks and playgrounds. But we didn't have to leave the house since there was plenty to do. It is very kid friendly with an indoor play area, a nice back yard with a swing set/jungle gym, a pool, deck and a downstairs playroom for the adults.
The upstairs was a little hot on the 94 degree day we got there but fans in each room cooled it down in the evening.
There were a few minor problems with the house (we have yet to find a perfect place) but the host responded quickly and resolved each issue.
We would stay here again.
