This place is perfect if you are looking for an elegant, professionally designed, sanitized, clean, and comfortable modern home that caters to families, friends, business groups, and kids. With essential and extra amenities, it provides a classy experience for both short and long stays. Ideal for those who value quality and can follow house rules.

Location

We are located in a beautiful neighborhood south of the 465 loop and north of Greenwood, surrounded by parks, eateries, and golf courses.

Upon Entry

Upon arrival, you will find a paved driveway leading to the attached garage, which can be accessed from inside the house. Take five steps up to the front entry door, where you can choose to explore the main floor or take a few steps down to the ground floor, which includes another family room, kids' area, and game room.

Main Floor

• Beautiful, modern, and comfortable seating in the living room with plenty of space for all nine guests.
• Dining table that seats eight guests.
• Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, kids' wares, and complimentary coffee and breakfast.
• Master bedroom with a king bed, master bathroom, and desk-chair setup for working professionals.
• Two additional bedrooms with queen beds.
• Another full bathroom equipped with essential toiletries.

Sunroom and Outdoor Space

From the kitchen, you can access a relaxing screened patio sunroom. The sunroom features a cozy daybed, modern sofa, and dining table that seats eight. This area leads to the outdoor deck, which has comfortable seating and another dining table. Enjoy the fully fenced, private backyard with a magical fire pit. Please bring your own firewood and igniter for a fun evening outdoors.

Ground Floor

• Cozy and relaxing family room with a modern sleeper sofa and sleeper chairs.
• Foosball, board games, and kids' play area.
• Half bathroom for convenience.
• Laundry room perfect for long-term stays.
• Access to the garage from inside the house.

Guest Access

• The whole property is accessible to guests, except for the garage where the owner's belongings are stored.
• If you plan to park inside the garage, it must be opened from the inside. The garage fits only one car due to storage space.
• Otherwise, please use the driveway or appropriate street parking.

Other Things to Note

• Please bring your own K-cups or tea. We provide coffee to make a pot.
• Please bring firewood, kindling, and igniter if you plan to use the fire pit.
• Use of the indoor fireplace is not allowed for safety reasons. Central AC/heat is available to keep the temperature comfortable.
• If visiting during summer, consider bringing bug spray as mosquitoes may be present despite pest control.
• Guests must be able to climb stairs to access the property.
• Upon arrival, the sunroom patio furniture will be covered to protect it from weather damage.
• This is an upscale, kid-friendly location. Please be mindful of neighbors, kids, and pets in the area.
• Exterior security cameras are present at the front, back, side yard, doorbell, and garage for the safety of the owner's belongings.
• Noise level monitoring devices are in place to enforce quiet hours in this residential neighborhood. These devices do not record any sound.
