We strongly recommend that you arrive by car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Greenwood/Indianapolis/Brown County State Park areas. As you already know, we offer free parking for our guests on driveway.
** Garage is not for parking, use driveway only. Max cars 3 at any time.
** Guest to bring firewood, kindling, igniter if plan on using a firepit.
** In summer, consider bringing your own bug spray if sensitive to mosquitoes. They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.
** This is an upscale kid-friendly location, you would find neighbors/kids/dogs strolling, walking, and riding a bike on a sidewalk so please be mindful and courteous.
** Quiet hours are strictly enforced and patrolled. Any complaints may lead to instant eviction with no refund.
** No lifeguard at duty, use swimming pool, spa at your own risk.
** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front and back yard, pool/spa area and at the doorbell.
**There is noise level monitoring devices in the living room to comply with residential quiet hours.

Had an amazing stay! Ran was communicative and responsive! The pac man machine was down but there were still other things to do! Had a great stay. The place was clean and nice, the area is amazing and the back yard was a great oasis! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect size house for our group of four women. Raj was very responsive and addressed a minor issue quickly. Open kitchen, dining, living area is lovely and great place to relax each evening. While we only had snacks and breakfast at the house, the kitchen is equipped enough for prepping any meal. Beds and baths are great. The house is on a busy street but we barely heard any traffic noise. Its locale is near many stores and restaurants and only about a half an hour from the airport. Overall great stay.

The only reason I had to give a 2 star cleanliness review was due to the home not being cleaned prior to our arrival. Things were left from the prior renters checkout: bagged trash in the hallway, beds unchanged/unmade, dirty towels in the hallway. It appeared that the cleaning service just did not arrive. However, Raj responded immediately and took care of us. The crew arrived within a half hour and had the place spotless! Although not ideal, I do realize things happen and will still give this rental and Raj a 5 star review. Everything was amazing and the one issue we had was resolved immediately and beyond our expectations!
