This place is for you if you are looking for an elegant, professionally designed, sanitized, clean & comfortable modern place that serves kids, families, friends, business groups with all the essential and extra amenities to give you a classy experience during your stay while indoor and outdoor and whether you are here for short stay or long. Its for those who value quality and able to follow the house rules.

We are located in a beautiful neighborhood south of 465 loop and north of Greenwood surrounded by parks, eateries and golf courses.

Upon entry-

You will find paved driveway leading to attached garage, however, you need to access it from inside.

Take 5 steps of stairs to front entry door and should you take few steps up and explore the main floor or few steps down to check out ground floor with another family room, kids area and game room.

I would ask you to discover the space during your stay. But here is the glimpse-

Mainfloor- Beautiful, modern and comfortable seating to gather around plenty for all 9 guests in living room; a dinning table that easily seats 8; fully stocked kitchen including kids wares and stainless steel appliances; coffee with complimentary breakfast; a master bedroom with a king bed, master bathroom, a desk-chair perfect for professionals; two other bedrooms with queen beds. There is another full bathroom with all the essentials.

From kitchen you can enter an relaxing screened patio "sunroom" that's what we used to call to rest, relax, read and rejuvenate when weather permits furnished with a cozy daybed, modern sofa and another dinning table that seats 8; leading to outdoor deck with a comfortable seating and dinning table leading to back yard with magical fire pit. Enjoy a fully fenced cozy and private backyard during your stay.

Ground floor- Cozy and relaxing modern sleeper sofa with sleeper chairs while catching up on a game in TV or playing foosball/board games or just watching kids play hopscotch or their favorite games. A half bath also there for convenience. This floor has laundry perfect for long term stay and entry to garage.

** Whole property is accessible to guests except garage where owner's belonging are stored, hence, security cameras.
** You need to open garage from inside if plan on parking inside only 1 car would fit given owner's storage, otherwise please park only on driveway or appropriate street parking.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via the Airbnb app.
Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry. Text or call in an emergency.

Perfect location- Upscale and safe 15min to Indy downtown and 12 min to Greenwood. Its surrounded by parks, eateries and golf courses.

A car is needed but Uber/Lyft is easily available.

** Please bring your own K cups / tea, we provide coffee to make a pot.
** Please bring firewood, kindling, igniter if plan on using firepit.
** Use of fireplace is not allowed for safety. We have central AC/heat to keep the temperature comfortable all throughout the house.
** In summer, consider bringing your own bug spray if sensitive to mosquitoes. They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.
** Must be able to climb stairs.
** Upon arrival you will find the Sunroom covered with patio furniture cover to avoid any moisture damage to furniture from the weather.
** This is an upscale kid-friendly location, you would find neighbors/kids/dogs strolling, walking, and riding a bike on a sidewalk so please be mindful and courteous.
** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, back, and side yard, at doorbell and also in the garage for the safety of owner's belongings.
** Noise level monitoring device to enforce quiet hours in the residential neighborhood. This does not record any sound.
