** Guest to bring firewood, kindling, igniter if plan on using a firepit.
** In summer, consider bringing your own bug spray if sensitive to mosquitoes. They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.
** This is an upscale kid-friendly location, you would find neighbors/kids/dogs strolling, walking, and riding a bike on a sidewalk so please be mindful and courteous.
** Quiet hours are strictly enforced and patrolled. Any complaints may lead to instant eviction with no refund.
** No lifeguard on duty, use the spa at your own risk.
** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion is detected in front and back yard, spa area, and at the doorbell.
**There is noise level monitoring devices in the living room to comply with residential quiet hours.
