✔ No unregistered guests without permission (If the guest count doesn't match your reservation detail, your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund)
✔ Max 2 cars, and must inform us 72hrs prior to check-in for us to obtain your permit otherwise at risk of towing
✔ No mail delivered here
✔No moving/rearranging of the furniture. Please return the property the same as you received it.
✔No tampering with any security devices, cameras, or internet routers ($500 fee)
✔ No illegal activity or use of the internet
✔ 10 am is Check out time.

This place is across the street from AT&T Stadium and within the heart of the Arlington Entertainment district.

AT&T Stadium is easily walkable but a car is needed to explore the city and Uber is easily available.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ**

Every person that will be on the property must be included in your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors that are unaccounted for on your reservation will be subject to an additional guest fee of $50 per person/per night. Our max guest count of 6 may not be exceeded for any reason. Thank you for understanding our insurance limitations. This ensures your reservation remains covered under AirBnB's Host Guarantee.

** This is a serviced apartment and we can not guarantee amenities/services/surroundings of the apartment complex outside of our control.

** There is a common Laundry, an amenity provided by the apartment complex, guests are allowed to use it if available with a credit card.

** Per Apartment complex policy, Guests are allotted 1 free car parking. Additional car parking can be purchased online with a daily parking fee which may fluctuate based on the events in the area. The paid parking fees may go up to $200 per 24 hours on some events or game days.

** Only exterior security cameras for safety purposes include Video Doorbell and camera facing the back yard and capable of recording when motion.
