✔ No moving/rearranging of the furniture. Please return the property the same as you received it.

This place is across the street from AT&T Stadium and within the heart of the Arlington Entertainment district.

AT&T Stadium is easily walkable but a car is needed to explore the city and Uber is easily available.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ**

Every person that will be on the property must be included in your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors that are unaccounted for on your reservation will be subject to an additional guest fee of $50 per person/per night. Our max guest count of 6 may not be exceeded for any reason. Thank you for understanding our insurance limitations. This ensures your reservation remains covered under Air Bn B's Host Guarantee.

** Must be able to climb stairs.
** This is a serviced apartment and we can not guarantee amenities/services/surroundings of the apartment complex outside of our control.
** There is a common Laundry, an amenity provided by the apartment complex, guests are allowed to use it if available with a credit card.
** Per Apartment complex policy, Guests are allotted 1 free car parking. Additional car parking can be purchased online with a daily parking fee which may fluctuate based on the events in the area. The paid parking fees may go up to $200 per 24 hours on some events or game days.
** Additional details related to parking will be provided prior to your check-in.

** Video doorbell camera is present at the front door for safety and security purposes capable of recording upon motion.
