- Master bedroom with a King bed and second bedroom with queen bed with fresh and clean linens, blackout curtains and smart TV per bedroom. Our beds are the "most comfortable" beds according to our guests.

Noise level monitoring device, and exterior cameras are present for security and compliance with regulations.

Whole property is accessible to guests.

** Please bring firewood, kindling, igniter if plan on using firepit.
** We have 1 fully stocked bathroom with all the essential toiletries AND plenty of mirrors to get ready.
** In summer, consider bringing your own bug spray if sensitive to mosquitoes. They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.
** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, side, and back yard and at the doorbell. There are noise level monitoring devices to comply with residential quiet hours that do not record any sound.
