✔ No disrespecting/disturbing neighbors, any neighbor complaints equal cancellation without refund
✔ No loud noise or music past 10 pm
✔ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
✔ No unregistered guests without permission ( If the guest count doesn't match your reservation detail, your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund)
✔ Max 3 cars, and must inform us 72hrs prior to check-in otherwise at risk of towing
✔ No mail delivered here
✔ No moving/rearranging of the furniture. Please return the property the same as you received it.
✔ No tampering with any security devices, cameras, or internet routers ($500 fee)
✔ No illegal activity or use of the internet
✔ 10 am is Check out time.

Every person that will be on the property must be included in your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors that are unaccounted for on your reservation will be subject to an additional guest fee of $100 per person/per night. Our max guest count of 10 may not be exceeded for any reason. Thank you for understanding our insurance limitations. This ensures your reservation remains covered under Air Bn B's Host Guarantee.

** Dallas has a hot climate in general and bugs are expected depending upon weather despite regular pest control.

** Please be aware - There is always a risk of cancellation without notice due to natural calamities such as hurricanes/tornados AND/OR power outages due to Dallas's hot climate. We sincerely apologize in advance if any occur but can not be responsible for things out of our control.

** Pool is nongated and nonheated. Nonheated pool suits the hot Dallas climate. The patio door leading to the pool has a lock. We don't advise minors without adult supervision at this place.

** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, side, and back yard, pool/spa area, above garage facing driveway, and at the doorbell.

** There are noise level monitoring devices to comply with residential quiet hours. This device does not record any sound during the reservation.
